Creamy Peanut Butter Icing

Icing is usually packed with sugar and has a lot of fat in it, but this version is a healthy spin that tastes even better than store bought icing. It has no added sugar or sweeteners, making it a much healthier option.

This takes less than five minutes to make and only has four ingredients! I used peanut butter, but any nut butter will do. Pick your favorite one, and spread the icing on peanut butter banana crunch muffins.

OK, let’s get started.
